Rihanna's Fenty Beauty Campaign is a Beautiful Celebration of Diversity

The makeup community has been in a total frenzy since the announcement of Rihanna’s very own beauty line, Fenty Beauty and now we know why. Ms. Rihanna herself has made it her duty to make sure all the girls are represented in the collection that launched this past Friday September 8th. With 40 different foundation shades, Rih was not playing when she said “Fenty Beauty is for everyone – all skin tones and races,” in an exclusive interview she did with The Sunday Times Style beauty editor Sarah Jossel.

A mist all of the excitement a video release of her campaign amplified it all. The one minute and fifteen second sneak peek into all of her products was the epicenter for diversity and we loved it! Rih showcased women of all shades and cultural backgrounds, something that has never really been done in the makeup world, especially when it comes to our darker toned sisters. Her celebration of diversity is just what the beauty community needed. Honing in on all the differences that make each of us beautiful we couldn’t be more excited for this line.
